Quoted per team · No public price list

Tell us your setup. We'll quote the right plan.

Teams run AztecTests very differently — a handful of testers on one product, or a regulated environment with its own AI and its own rules. We price it after we've seen your setup, not before.

Every request starts with a 14-day free trial — all features unlocked, no card required.

What we ask

What shapes your quote

Request a demo and we'll walk through these with you, then send a written proposal.

Not billed separately, on any plan: recording, script generation (Playwright TS/JS/PY + Robot), live replay, and Smart-Locator self-healing baked into your exports.
👥
How many testersOne account runs on one machine at a time, so the seat count follows how many people record at once — not how many machines you own.
🤖
Which AI you'll useBy default AztecTests drives an AI assistant installed on your own machine, under your own account, so AI never appears on our invoice. If your policy or procurement makes that impractical, we can supply the AI as credits instead — included in your quote.
🏛️
Where it has to runStandard install, a locked-down network, or an environment with data-handling rules to satisfy. This is usually the part worth talking through.
🧩
What it has to connect toCI pipelines, test management, issue trackers. Exports are ordinary Playwright and Robot projects, so most of this is already covered.
🛟
What support you needOnboarding, training, and response times — from "we'll take it from here" to a maintenance agreement with agreed turnaround.
What happens next

Three steps, no sales maze

01

Send the form

Name, work email, and a line about what you're testing. That's enough for us to prepare something relevant.

02

We get in touch

We reply within two business days to book a walkthrough on an app close to yours, and answer the technical questions your team will ask.

03

Trial, then a written quote

You start the 14-day trial with your own testers. The proposal comes after that — priced against what you actually used.

How it stays fair

No surprises, no lock-in

You bring your own AI

AI runs through your own account on your own machine — you see that bill directly, at cost. Can't connect your own? We'll quote AI credits with your plan instead.

Your data stays yours

The app runs locally. Your recordings and credentials never leave your machine, and nothing is used to train models.

Your tests outlive us

Exports are plain Playwright and Robot Framework projects. They run on their own, with or without AztecTests.

Questions

The details

Why isn't the price on this page?

Because the honest answer depends on your team size, where it has to run, and how much onboarding and support you want. A number here would be wrong for most people reading it. Ask us and you'll get a written quote for your situation.

Is the trial really free?

Yes — 14 days, every feature unlocked, no card. Install it, sign in with your work email, and use it on your own application.

Do I pay you for AI usage?

Normally no. AztecTests calls an AI assistant installed on your machine, signed in with your own account, so AI costs go straight to that provider and what you pay us is the software licence.

What if we can't connect our own AI account?

Some teams can't — an approval that won't come, no billing relationship with the provider, or a network that won't allow it. In that case we supply the AI ourselves as a monthly credit allowance, sized to how much your team actually generates and self-heals, and quoted together with the licence. We'd rather set that number after seeing your trial usage than guess at it here.

How many people can share one account?

One account runs on one computer at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs the first machine out — so one person can move between their laptop and desktop freely, but two testers working at the same time need two seats.

Is my code used to train AI models?

No. AztecTests is local-first — your app, credentials, and recordings stay on your machine, and AI requests are never used for training.

Can we run a proof of concept first?

Yes, and we recommend it. We'll agree the scope and the success measures up front, and your own testers do the recording — a POC should prove your team can use it, not that we can demo it.

Start with a demo, not a price list.

Tell us what you're testing and we'll show you the same app recorded, generated, and replaying — then quote a plan that fits your team.
